Very professional place but it might be overcrowded with cars so heads up. You can be here up to three hours, they have a shuttle to take you around if you need it but overall the place to wait is quite comfy with a lot of options for eat desserts or small Appetizers, they took my car despite I was a little bit late so they are flexible about it which is nice. But be patient about the waiting time

I had an amazing experience today, thanks to Ronnie Jones. I need to share this because I feel very grateful for the whole stuff service, but in special for the Service Advisor Ronnie Jones; I went to the dealership because my previous experience at the other location (Toyota Deerfield) was bad. Since I brought my car to do a revision and ended up with problems because of bad service of them. Ronnie helped me work through the problem which WASN’T he is fault, because my car was damaged from the other dealership. He always helpful, beyond words. He made sure to stay until my problem was solved. The customer service it was amazing! I’m very grateful for knowing that people care and have respect about others as this man showed me today! From far the best costumer service I ever have in all the dealerships. Congratulations all the stuff of Kendal Toyota and special thanks to Ronnie.

The truth is, my experience with this Toyota dealership in Kendall is a disaster, because at first they gave me a dirty car, full of blood with a bad smell, then they gave me the car without checking the mechanical part and I almost had a horrible accident. there. I was walking with my daughters, so I decided to go to the dealer to repair it because it had only been a month and it still had a warranty "that's what they told me when they sold it to me" Mr. Carlos, I arrive and Mr. Raúl tells me that I will take it to be repaired, I have to pay the better repair I buy another car and they offer me another car I had to pay more down payment and lose the 3 thousand of the other down payment and they give me another super more expensive car and a few days later they call me that I have to return the car for They gave me the wrong car The one I had did not have the same serial numbers, it did not have insurance or anything, I arrived there to deliver it and the manager Norman helped me, he told me that I should deliver the car and take the one that was damaged because that was mine, I told him no because He almost killed me on the road with my daughters and he tells me that if I don't take it he will throw it in front of my house, he yells at me, he treats me very badly in front of all the workers. and employees and I was with my one year old daughter and I started crying and no one wanted to help me, in the end a manager Cristino arrived and helped me with a car but it was still more expensive and it was not the car I wanted if I wanted it I had to receive to not take the one that was damaged, they created a trauma for me and they stole my money and finally I have to pay for a car that I don't like and it is super expensive, I am a HHA and I do one of the most difficult jobs in life, since I care for people with disabilities from Alzheimer's, dementia and other diseases and I love my job. I help people do their daily tasks and I have a hard time earning money to support my two daughters and this shopkeeper doesn't care, they just want to take his money no matter what. how difficult it was to win it… Do you guys tell me what you think of a dealer who only steals money from a single mother with two children and so much effort she makes to earn the money.😢😭
