This is some text inside of a div block.
Called to JYSK Leeds on Sun quite late being in the customer service industry myself I felt terrible because I know what the late customer makes you feel like at times especially on a Sunday. But how wrong was I the 2 chaps in store were so helpful even helping load the car as the boxes were large and didn't complain at all. So credit to your company for employing such pleasant and helpful staff well done JYSK Leeds

I had a really lovely experience yesterday when buying a chair in store. The staff were really helpful and chatty and were talking to me and my baby. The manager went above and beyond to help me , she offered to get an item from another store, helped me with Klarna and even carried my item to my car as I had my baby in my arms. She was so lovely and I really enjoyed shopping there. Will definitely return thank you!

Customer service here is atrocious. They made an error when putting a transaction through which resulted in me losing the value of my gift card. Completely useless in trying to resolve it and rude even though it was their error. I’ve never been spoken to the way that Liliana at the Leeds store spoke to me, she should not be in customer service.
