This is some text inside of a div block.
We ordered a $2,000 office desk from here. It’s been two week since they said our desk was delivered to us, but we never received it, and no one at Hulala can tell us where it is. It’s been over two weeks and we’re still getting the runaround and don’t feel like customer service is taking it seriously. Customer service has no authority to help or get in touch with someone who could. This is by far the worst customer experience we’ve ever had. I would advise not purchasing from Hulala.

I am currently trying to return a purchase that has the wrong description on the outside of the box. I was asked by a customer service representative to pay the shipping cost on a return that has a wrong description other than what I ordered and I refuse to pay for this error. The description on the box reads: Patrick Vegan Leather Solid Wood Recliner-Black What I purchased should read: Rainer Timeless Elegance Faux Leather Solid Wood Recliner-Black There is no invoice or brand name included in the packaging inside the box. This description on the box does not describe my purchase. I need assistance on this return with no shipping charges for a return. I am very disappointed!

It looks like this place has a handful of friends/family who write glowing reviews and a handful of customers who complain about their service. In my case, it's the latter. Instead of handling returns properly, they left me with a giant, unwieldy and useless hunk of garbage and told me to donate it to Habitat for Humanity. Why? So they can save a few bucks and the hassle of taking back their broken product? Meanwhile, it's a massive headache for the customer. Really clear set of priorities.
