Highly recommend House Smart Surveying! We had a level 3 survey done, and Marcel looked after us so well the whole time! He was always quick to reply, and kept us in the loop throughout the process. The surveyor - Calvin - did an amazing job, and got the 100 page report to us within 2 weeks. He was very thorough and even offered to go through the whole report with us. Based on the very reasonable price, the report and the excellent customer service from Marcel and Calvin - we really could not be happier with them!

Worked fine for us. A level 2 on a bungalow. Whilst we had to wait a week or two for the survey to be scheduled, once completed we had a comprehensive report in 2 days. Report itself was detailed enough for us to make our own evaluation. I liked this company and communication throughout the process was great via telephone.

Bit of a mixed review I had decided to use this company as the surveyor was very good and I spoke 3/4 times with the office so my details were stored/saved. When it came to me being contacted prior to our proposed house being surveyed there was no call as they had the wrong number on the system. I was really hoping to be able to put a better review but unfortunately I cannot. Shazad was excellent but this experience has been let down and I am very disappointed in my overall experience. Difficult to recommend based on my own personal experience unfortunately. Need to do better …..
