We’ve ordered a fantastic modular table, though we had to get the smaller top replaced as a bit of it was chipped off when it came in the delivery. Winnie was very attentive and fast in getting us a replacement, thank you so much! Otherwise we’re very pleased with the table for its quality and slow-closing mechanism.

We recently bought side planters and they are absolutely fantastic. They look exactly the same as shown on website. Customer service is very quick and helps, we had couple of queries regarding the product and they responded all our questions very promptly. Packaging is very good. Homary made sure that planters should not get damaged during shipping. Attaching some pictures of my planters .

Hi, we ordered a few products from Homary. We're so happy with our multi functional coffee table - and have had many friends and family comment on it! However, we ordered a sofa bed which was completely wrong sizes, not as advertised unfortunately, so therefore did not fit our space. Homary did admit to a factory error and proposed partial refunds. We had to push to get a higher refund because they did not want to take the sofa back (be careful with keeping original packaging, including any pallet that arrives with it because at some point they did tell us that we'd also need the pallet otherwise pick up wouldn't be possible). Overall, it was a bit hit and miss with the products, but we would continue to buy perhaps smaller items and not large ones at the risk of having to argue shipping/returns etc... They were good at communicating quickly with us which is very appreciated and we did get an agreed-to partial refund.
