At the moment I am not a satisfied customer. Don't take me wrong, the sales department is quite good, although when buying the car my wife and I felt a slight pressure from the seller to buy the warranty. The car we bought broke down in the first week, namely vibrations were felt when braking and a tire pressure error constantly popped up, so we gave the car to HG for the after-sales department and from that moment the real problems began. If you expect the Hilton Garage service to deal with the faults quickly, I have to worry because it certainly won't happen. The service promises to call with an update on the progress of the repair, but it doesn't happen, you have to call in person. If you want your car to move forward, you have to go to Hilton Garage and talk to the manager. There is no information from the service, as if it didn't exist at all, everyone in this department says something different when you call them. So the first repair of the car was to replace the front brakes, discs and pads. The car started to brake. After the first repair, the tire pressure problem returned and a new problem appeared, namely the radio, or rather the touch screen, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The car was returned to the department after purchase, i.e. service. We returned the car on Tuesday morning, no information until Wednesday, so we called, we learned that the tire pressure problem had been solved, but the radio with the touch screen had been sent to a specialist, so again we are waiting for information and nothing. We called on Friday morning to find out if the car was ready for collection, we were told that the specialist was unable to repair the radio and sent the radio to HG. The next information we received was that some part had been ordered for the radio, we had to wait until four in the afternoon for information whether it was already done ok, so we waited. At four no one called, so we called again. Again the information that nothing had changed regarding the radio and parts, that they would call at five, guess of course that's right, no one contacted us, so we called at 17:20 and heard that the service was not available today. Wow. We called the sales department to see if they knew what was going on with our car because our vacation was ending and we needed a car to get to work on Monday. They told us that we could pick up the car with a broken radio and wait a month to take it back for repair because they didn't have any places available for repairs now. So we got in my wife's car and drove to HG. When we got there, it turned out that there was no radio in the car and there was a half-meter hole in the middle of the dashboard, so we asked to speak to the manager, which we did, but it was the sales manager who was limited in making any decisions, such as proposing a replacement car for us. For now, we left our incomplete car at HG and are waiting for a call again with more information about our car, which was promised to us by the Sales Manager. Will see🧐
A small update on my situation with the car I bought from Hilton Garage. Two things need to be fixed. The touchscreen radio was replaced, but that didn't fix the problem. It still sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. The specialist suggested replacing it with an aftermarket radio, which I agreed to, and two weeks later I'm still waiting for information on when it will be replaced. Hehe ☹️. The second issue is the deflation warning. It turns out the front tires are different brands and slightly different sizes, which is why the sensor that counts wheel rotations recognizes it as a tire pressure problem. A month ago, I was told the tires would be ordered and I should come in for replacement on July 12th at 9:30 a.m., which I did. I left the car for repair, but an hour later I received a message that the tires hadn't been ordered and asked if I could come back next weekend. I don't need to tell you how I feel now. The issue is still ongoing, and now I'm certain I won't buy a car from this place again. I don't recommend Hilton Garage!!! 🤬
