I purchased a truck at the Tampa location last week. My sales assistant Javier Martinez was very helpful. It took me over 2 days to decide and pick a vehicle. Javier had the patience of Job and was so willing to help me find the right vehicle. Overall my experience was great even though I traveled an hour and a half to get there from Port Charlotte. They do not work on commission so there is no pressure, just helpful assistance. I thank them for their patience and help. Brian Hall

Pictures below to support my claim one of my half a key and 2nd and 3rd pictures are truck in reverse with no backup camera waiting for higher management/owner to see this hopefully it can get taking care of So went to HGreg bought a truck had some issues with it and 1 of the 3 got fixed the aftermarket radio I came in my vehicle they couldn't fix so they're giving me a check to get it replaced which is cool In about 2 weeks after having the vehicle and one key fob . The key fob doesn't have the key so technically I didn't even get a full key I got a half a key I was told to use the people that h gregg uses to get their price which is some guy that does mobile keys .. I'm sorry but I do not feel comfortable of giving a stranger my address to make a key of my truck I don't know this man I don't know what he has to do to make an extra copy but I just don't trust people anymore .. so I'm really debating on canceling the contract since I have not made my first payment i will figure it out within the next couple of days Jay and Nick were aware of the issue and told me the same thing I believe Nick said he was the highest manager there and will not give me anybody else if my key fob dies and I'm out somewhere I'm screwed ... Every car should have a key a full key .. will update situation in next couple of days weather I cancel the contract or they fix this situation .. I don't want 2 keys I just want 1 full key not a half Just found out I can load pictures my back up camera was supposed to be “replaced “ it wasn’t they send the ordered a new one from the dealership

I had the pleasure of working with Manny at the Tampa location. He has been nothing short of amazing since the second we shook hands! He has made sure that everything he promised would be taken care of is. He is on top of everything and checks In frequently, following up and getting in touch with the appropriate people for me! I have to go back again to have some work done, but I will say, as long as you provide them with what needs to be fixed(for safety purposes) within 5 days, They will take care of it. Very happy with my purchase
