I wanted to put pen to paper to comment on the excellent experience I have had from your dealership. I have recently taken delivery of a new Land Rover and the purchase was looked after by Peter B. This is the third new vehicle I have bought and without question this was the most positive experience of the three by a country mile. Peter was attentive, proactive, professional and exceeded my expectations at every opportunity. Land Rover’s sell themselves, and at no point did I feel Peter going in for the “hard sell” his advice was helpful and fair and allowed me to make informed decisions about extras that I wanted to purchase. Peter managed to get my vehicle delivered a week early and importantly, before Christmas! Happy Christmas to me! I would have no hesitation in recommending Harwoods Lewes to friends, colleagues in fact anyone who might be looking to buy a Land Rover and I would like my personal thanks to be conveyed to Peter as well as recommending him for any employee reward schemes you may operate. Thank you for the extremely positive experience and I look forward to years of pleasurable motoring in my new vehicle.

Just had my Aston Martin Vantage serviced and MOT'd at Harwoods Chichester. Excellent service, i arrived at 6.15am, Monday morning and was met by Martin Young. The Technician, Luke, arrived at 6.30 am as promised and work commenced. Martin is a great asset to Harwoods, nothing is too much trouble and he is always jolly and helpful, making the whole process of servicing and MOT's easy and smooth. He is the reason i still have my servicing and MOT's done at Harwoods. I have tried three times to get a value on my AM, as i may change it in the future, twice with their on-line option and once in a face to face chat, however no one has ever got back to me with any kind of valuation! What do i have to do? I find this a little short sighted and will assume that they are not interested in my car (purchased new from them) and therefore will exhange/sell elsewhere

Excellent experience.The sales executive Luke Stewart-Short could not have been more helpful and knowledgable about the various models, guiding me patiently towards choosing a one year old S3. His personal attention even extended to replying to my queries in his personal time over the weekend. Couldn't wish for better.
