My experience with Goals Plastic Surgery (GPS) was absolutely horrible! According to charlotte, the “patient coordinator”: flexsculp chin, jaw and neck should give “instant results!” She did not give me full info regarding this procedure and downplayed it by saying she has done it and went to work the same day! The meds they gave me the day of the procedure made me super dizzy and sleepy and I wasn’t even coherent or awake! I barely remember getting to my hotel and didn’t drink nor eat because I was knocked out the whole day and woke up the next morning disoreinted! I notified her the next day and she said “You will get helped no worries” but nobody contacted me and I basically got ghosted!!! DO NOT GET FOOLED BY MARKETING/VIDEOS ON THEIR INSTAGRAM!!! “Fully awake + minimal downtime Real results SAME DAY One session = Instant snatch Minimally invasive, pain-free & done under local anesthesia” - This is all a blatant LIE!! I was excited to get this procedure done all in one day, believing it would really be that simple and “pain-free.” I’ve had many major surgeries in the past, so going into such a minor one and feeling such pain, discomfort and aggression in the surgeon’s practice, felt like we were being tortured! Sadly on the day of the surgery, my surgeon also decided not to do the package they sold to me but instead only did lipo under the chin and no contouring the jawline, which is what we paid for on the contract! As they “show”on instagram, it was no instant “SNATCH” nor it was painless! Per their contract, if the surgeon decides not to do a procedure on the day of surgery they should refund you the difference within 45 days but ever since then, they have ignored our request and we cannot get a hold of managements, further breaching the contract in their unprofessional and unethical business. I don’t recommend GPS because they are dishonest and promoting false advertisement on instagram to fool people. Having absolutely no concern or respect for their patients, I hope this review can at least save others to not go through the same experience! First pic is before last 2 are after 2 weeks!

Got my procedure done by Doctor Hsu, i love that they explained everything thoroughly and answered any question i had. Staff was really friendly and facility very clean. Karla did my massage and she was awesome she was very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to heal fully and see my final results. The only think that made me not give 5 stars was the little misinformation with the pre op staff that assured me i was getting lipo 360 + double bbl and by the time i was in the clinic for my procedure i was informed by Dr Hsu that due to my bmi i was only able to get full front lipo or back lipo and the bbl so i had to choose one of the two. But I'm still feeling good about getting good results.

I absolutely loved my results! From start to finish, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Misty was so sweet and supportive—she made me feel comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. Dr. Hsu was also amazing—professional, efficient, and truly skilled at what he does. The massage with Cambria felt so relaxing and helpful for healing. The process was fast, and I felt confident knowing I was in great hands. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend them to anyone considering plastic surgery!
