Recently bought an audi from Glenfields, primarily dealing with John, but also dealing with Stuart and Brian. We received first class service from anyone we spoke to, and after picking the car up noticed a couple of minor issues. They arranged to take the car in on the next working day and had the issue fixed that same day and advised if we had any further issues to get in contact with them. Top notch service from the staff, and decent cars when you take into consideration that you're buying a used, second hand car. If you want all singing all dancing, go and buy new (even then, might still have issues!). 5* recommendation.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Bought a lovely Vauxhall Adam for my daughter. The salesman John couldn’t have been any more helpful. What I liked most about him was, there was no pressure sales pitch. He was very helpful and honest about the car and my only concern was that the alloys had a few curb marks on them but for the price I was happy with the purchase. When we went to collect the car, John had gotten the wheels repaired like new at no cost, one very happy daughter. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

My daughter bought her first car by herself from Glenfield, so a positive experience was important. They did not disappoint. The salesman, Gary, was absolutely fantastic, personable yet professional at all times. When she picked up her car, it was absolutely spotless and in showroom condition. We were told that they had a warning light come on and then went off but were not able to replicate it so they had a specialist check it who said there was no detectable fault at the time. They tested it over a few days and it never came back on prior to collecting. We then took it home, unfortunately the light came back on 3 days later. We called in and they were absolutely fantastic. The owner got involved straight away and took the car straight in and booked it into a main dealer to investigate the issue further. They got the car back as repaired and provided the receipt and report from the dealership. Unfortunately, the very next morning the light came on again. When I called in the owner came straight on the phone and was genuinely disappointed. He booked the car straight back into the dealership while I was on the phone telling them not to return it until it's repaired. The real issue was identified and the repair was of a significant cost which they, without hesitation authorized the repair to be carried out. They also kept my daughter mobile in the process without obligation. I cannot recommend these people enough. * The price paid was good. * The sales process was excellent. * The after sales support is absolutely amazing. An all round great company with a positive ethical culture. Things do go wrong sometimes however it's how it's dealt with that matters. Highly recommend them and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
