Not a UK company. Ships from China. I ordered 2 x 5 sofa covers with 4 matching cushions, a travel bowl and an orthopaedic mattress for travelling. Believing the company to be in the U.K I expected delivery fairly quickly. The first items to arrive were 3 (not the 4 I ordered) flat cushions, one of which was a different shade. No use to me whatsoever. When I asked about the remaining cushion and the matching sofa covers I was told they were out of stock. I was issued a full refund for the sofa covers. They offered a 20% refund for the faulty, mismatched, part-order cushions!. Then upped it to 40%. If I wish to return them I have to pay. They are from China!.Amazing. The dog travel bowl then arrived. Hooray. The orthopaedic mattress (which was really what I wanted for a long journey) hasn't yet arrived. All goods were ordered 4th April. Our long trip is in 3 days time. To say I am disappointed would be a massive understatement.

Do not order. I ordered over 2 months ago and am still waiting. They spam you with promotions, don't offer a tracking link and require you to download their app to track your package. I got an email pretty soon saying there might be some slight delays "due to the impact of US tariff policies" and offered me a 10% refund. Of course you can only manually request the refund after you've received the product "due to system limitations". Because it took so long I had to email them that we were moving, so they asked for our new address. I provided it and they said they would update it. I asked for an update on the shipping as it had almost been 2 months, no reply. Now it's been over 2 months, still nothing an no word from FunnyFuzzy.

I strongly advise against purchasing from FunnyFuzzy. Their return process is a nightmare, and their customer service is completely unhelpful. I have been trying to return an item and get a refund for almost a month, yet they keep stalling, ignoring my requests, and trying to push discounts instead of honoring their own policies. Despite multiple emails making it clear that I do not want an exchange, they still haven’t provided the return information. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. If you value your time and money, shop elsewhere—this company does not care about its customers once they’ve taken your payment.
