This company is a joke! I ordered a day bed and was contacted by a delivery company to request to deliver on a specific date. I explained I was not in the property that day and he said he would re deliver the next week. I waited two weeks and had heard nothing from himself or the company. I then spend hours over the coming days on the phone to the lovely Freya from the York store who was extremely helpful. After three weeks from the original delivery, I finally got my day bed and another purchase. However, within a week, the mattress was falling apart. I tried calling to explain but apparently this can only be dealt with by email because the phone calls just go to the shops. I emailed through and requested I get a refund and return the day bed after all the hassle I had been through. Little did I know that this was just the tip of the iceberg! I got a reply from Prisca and, apparently, they only do returns and refund if it is in the original packaging (which, to me, is utterly ridiculous because why would I keep the packaging if I was happy with my purchase) that I did not keep as I wasn’t to know that it would start falling apart! Finally we came to an agreement that they would collect the faulty mattress (no mention of the bed itself that isn’t right either) and replace it. The delivery company who was collecting the mattress did not show, but the company delivering the new one did so I ended up with two mattresses. Onto the emails I go to complain again. They rearrange for the mattress to be collected from outside my house as I was now back at work. The night before, I drag the mattress down the stairs and outside the house into the porch. The deliver company took a photo of half my front door to avoid showing the mattress outside the house and left without it. I return home to find the mattress is still there! I send a photo as proof and am told that the delivery company said it wasn’t there so it wasn’t! I provided more proof that the mattress was there. They then had the cheek to explain what they were expecting me to return after they have failed to collect it twice. They then suggested I hadn’t left the mattress but onto the back piece when the picture clearly shows both. I have asked to speak with a manager or a complaints compartment and yet, this is constantly avoided. This company is a joke and a disgrace. If you do not get thrill from raising your blood pressure and stress levels, then I’d give them a miss!

We bought a new 3 seater fusion sofa bed. When we were trying to assemble it we noticed that one of the screws was a wrong dimension but as there is an exact amount of bolts (no spare parts) we weren't able to put the sofa bed together now at all. Turns out the customer service is not able to make good for their mistake which leaves us disappointed. very poor service indeed!

My collection was cancelled without previous warning, after driving around London (proper nightmare and expensive). No good.
