After asking ChatGPT for the location with the highest grade of leather on the highest quality furniture, it informed me that Furnitureland South was the place to find everything I was seeking. I made the drive and indeed, everything I could have imagined was there in beautiful display for me to see, handle, try out and decide. Furnitureland South has all of the highest quality manufacturers along with all of the options for customizing as you choose. Their team of designers are there for walk-ins as well as appointments. If you have a big job, bring along a copy of your floor plan and they not only help with your selections, but they will also help with arranging the items you select in the space available as shown on your floor plan. I had the privilege of working with designer Jennifer Caldwell during my visit. She did a great job listening to what I wanted and helping me navigate the enormous facility to find exactly what I wanted. Visiting Furnitureland South was the best decision I have made when furniture shopping. I had been to several furniture stores in the past, but no one - ever - came close to helping me find exactly what I really wanted. This will be my stop for all future furniture purchases. Even if you have to travel from out of state, it is far worth the journey. They even have a Starbucks in the complex so you can take a break along the way.

Excellent service from the moment you walk through the doors and your furniture is delivered! We worked with Nicole Blakley and she is amazing! She offered great suggestions and listened to us on likes/dislikes. She is always super helpful. The delivery people have been excellent as well. They were actually a day early after I received a text from them that they were in the area and could deliver our furniture if that was convenient for us!!! They were professional and wanted to place things exactly where we wanted them. Both delivery teams have been A+. The entire process has been easy and efficient which is exactly what you want when shopping for furniture! Could not recommend them more!!!

This is the second time that we travel from Orlando to Furnitureland South and both times has been an awesome experience! From the vast selection of furniture to the outstanding salesperson and their amazing customer service. Lauren provided us with the best service one could wish. We spent a few hours with her the first day and wrapped up everything the next day. Now just waiting for the delivery of our beautiful furniture and carpet.
