While I appreciate my experience may not be typical it was dreadful. Upon receiving my patio furniture I noticed the sofa legs were bent and damaged. I called and they were to send a new sofa but what I received was a table leg. I called back and they apologised and were to send a new sofa and collect the old one. Then they called back and said they didnt have my colour so I accepted a different colour but wasn’t offered any compensation for the inconvenience or switch. That second sofa arrived damaged and the driver said he only delivers and doesn’t take back items despite the call centre saying they do. So I called back again to request collection of two very large boxes with sofas. The driver showed up a few days later but didn’t have room in the truck. So a 4th pick up was arranged. Keep in mind I now have two massive sofa sized boxes in my house for four weeks . Staff were absolutely not bothered and no compensation or discounts were offered. I’m sure when the process works it works well but when it doesn’t it fails completely.

I ordered the Atlanta white dining table, the product looks lovely and was very easy to assemble. Very quick delivery and excellent and speedy customer service from furniture box. I am very happy and will definitely order from this company again :).

I ordered a dining set for the garden from here (via a third party website). The product arrived well packaged. Unfortunately at first delivery the instructions, bolts and a part were missing but upon informing them of this, the customer service team quickly responded and sent out the missing items within a week. I was therefore very happy with the after sales team. The product itself was easy to put together and the finished set does look very nice, with a modern look and feel. It finishes off my deck nicely. Overall very happy with product and service.
