Hesitated over buying an outdoor sofa set online without having seen it in store first. I needn't have worried. Set delivered at 9am on the specified day. The delivery guys delivered the sofa to my back garden, very polite and professional. The sofa is better than I had hoped for! Could not be more satisfied, considering buying another set as we have not seen anything better style wise anywhere else. Really happy with our purchase!

I had a very disappointing experience with Furniture123. The chair I ordered arrived partially assembled—and incorrectly assembled at that. I didn’t make any changes to the assembly because the real issue was that the chair looked completely different from the photos on their website. It’s clear they use computer-generated images instead of actual photos, which is misleading. The product I received didn’t match the advertised design at all. The return process was even more frustrating. After sending a message, I had to wait 24 hours for a response. Customer service gave me two options: I could keep the chair and accept a voucher for their website, or return it—but I had to arrange the return myself and pay for the shipping. Unfortunately, they don’t help with the return process at all. I was left to find a courier, which would cost me around £15. For an online company, they could at least offer a better or more affordable return experience. This has been such a disappointing process overall. The misleading product images, poor quality control, and lack of return support make me unable to recommend Furniture123. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Wanted to buy the myles bed footstool. It comes in olive and navy. Ordered both swatches (annoying you have to do it separately for each one). And then an orange and a navy swatch arrived. They don’t even make the item in orange. Rang customer services who said the easiest way was to email customer services. Emailed customer services asking urgently (to take advantage of Black Friday price) for a navy and an olive swatch. Supplied them with my address. The reply from that email ‘we sent you what you ordered. You can order again through the website’. After calming from a minor state of rage. I reordered. And low and behold. The navy and another random fabric which the item doesn’t come in have arrived. Absolutely woeful. No faith in the company delivering the correct item if I did order it blindly and certainly assume they would have disastrous customer services if there were an issue in future. Haven’t had such a useless experience from any retailer in such a long time that I felt moved to leave a review. 2 stars rather than 1 star as they did send the correct navy sample twice. The fact that the tangerine and the thatched fabric have the same hand written product code is also alarming. Steer clear folks.
