Save your money and shop elsewhere. I ordered fitted understairs storage for £1,000, and the quality was terrible. The workmanship was shoddy, and despite being told the furniture would be custom-made - I had been very clear about the measurements in all our virtual consultations and email exchanges - The trim pieces were either too big or too small, and the drawers had a noticeable gap all around when closed. They also sent incomplete and incorrect instructions. A major issue: they don’t package your materials properly but instead send them loose in the back of a transit van, causing damage to nearly every panel. Don’t waste your time with this company—spend your money with a more reliable brand like Wren or Hammonds..

I absolutely LOVE my Fittingly furniture. I ordered three pieces (bookcase, cabinet & free-standing media unit) for my living room. The online design process is great - it’s a real standout that you can totally customise everything when other fitted furniture companies will only offer standard depths for wardrobes, drawers etc. And also great that you can see the price as you go! It was easy to order samples to choose colours. I had two online consultations with a super friendly and helpful rep who tidied up my designs and sorted out a total price for the 3 pieces with discount for combined fitting. I had another call post ordering to check the spec. This all felt really customer focused - no rushing, no pushy sales tactics, everything I wanted was listened to and reflected in the designs. Delivery wasn’t bad (late with no update given but not the delivery guys’ fault as central admin hadn’t passed them my phone number). Once it arrived, I was impressed how quickly it was all unloaded. My fitter was superb. Three panels were scratched but he noted this and replacements were organised relatively quickly. Quite honestly, I was also impressed there wasn’t more damage when it comes as individual pieces with no packaging/protection. The finish is great. The units look amazing. I’m so happy with the colours, quality, everything. For contrast I went with a different company to do my bedroom, purely as they could offer a proper corner wardrobe unit with angled door, and I’m nowhere near as pleased with the result. Although I like it, it just doesn’t feel as sturdy or long-lasting and the finish/detailing isn’t quite there (edging not as well done, handles light and a bit plastic-feeling, wood marks easily). I would 100% use Fittingly again. I only wish they did kitchens too!

Best experience, best quality and I would 100% order from Fittingly again. We had some dead space in our lounge after a renovation and were lacking storage, this was the finished result. We went with Heritage Green as the wood colour and black metal trim. It honestly looks amazing (even better in person!). There was a small issue with the order on the manufacturing side but the Fittingly team dealt with this in a matter of hours and their prompt action made sure the installation wasn't delayed and the spec was exactly as expected. Shout out to Jess, Niamh and Lee - thanks for a smooth process and excellent results!
