Went to Audi Farnborough for a little repair after the previous didn’t work. Ben Sweetman’s service was outstanding, explained the previous repair and left it with them and all fixed. Had another query for a paint code for partners car and they went above and beyond to find this out for me. Got my own car cleaned as well. Outstanding service and really pleased with the help received.

We went into Farnborough Audi with a spec in mind for an Audi Q3. Charlie Cole was excellent and showed us what was available although it wasn't quite right he continued to search for us based on our spec before identifying the perfect model in Glasgow. He had it shipped down for a good price and made sure everything was up to standard. We weren't the easiest of customers but Charlie was calm, professional and knowledgeable throughout and was never pushy about the sale. We love our new car!
