We have ordered 2x Doors from this Company. One of the doors arrived defective, curved in the middle. We've been told that this would be normal within the minimum tolerance accepted of 6.35mm. Absolutely ridiculous, the door won't align properly with the frame. They refused a return, even the product being purchased within 14 days. They are in breach of Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we will get them in Court. We will claim also compensation for delaying the project. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

!Do not buy from this company! Sent doors which arrived broken. I let them know 7 days after delivery to which they said I only had 2 days to let them know if there's any issues. Refused a refund or to send replacements out, just want me to keep the broken doors which can't be fitted for £500+

In stock items won’t be delivered for at least 7 weeks, despite the website promising extremely quick delivery!? They failed to try to deliver until I chased multiple times, and by that point, 2.5wks after I ordered, items started going out of stock. So then there was a long long delay. Plus they tried to charge £72 to return an item - it’s illegal and against their own policy to only allow you to return using their own extremely over charged couriers, so don’t accept it! Will never order from them again and will recommend to everyone not to use them.
