Great place to get cheap parts same day always busy have to wait 20 plus minutes even for click and collect need something like screwfix where you input your number for click and collect and don't have to wait in the line for ages

I have to say the Chap behind the counter is so fast and efficient at his job I just wish I had got his name I ordered some wipe blade for collection but was unsure if they would fit and asked him would he mind checking for me with in minutes he had check found the ones I ordered were wrong surched the Web pages found a compatible set for my car at a great price and we're on the counter like i say with in miutes topman top service.

Rude and disrespectful . I have requested oil for automatic gearbox 75w specifying 3 times clear, but the brainless til sales guy tries to cheat me by bringing manual oil pretending I have requested that. I told him again I have mentioned you 3 times clearly, and even someone from the queue mentioned he heard . I told him I didn't want it , very bothered by my requested and with a rude attitude mentioned after 7 days, (not to mention waiting 10 minutes to have processed my form for refund), I will receive the refund. Not to mention, he was mumbling . Also, in this time, I have checked on their website, and surprisingly, they did not have any on stock, oil for automatic gearbox. I wonder if they didn't have any on stock, why he selling me the wrong oil. Shame on you and company because you tried to cheat on me, and they allowed you to work there. I wonder how many customers you cheat like that. You should learn to respect the customers more because you don't have any respect for customers and because of us you get your wages and put food on your family table.
