We had a large number of items including super 8 and VHS tapes and we were absolutely delighted with the service and our final digitised file. Each Moment were very professional and spent time on cleaning and restoring all our films. We are enjoying watching all the memories we haven't seen for many years and would not hesitate to recommend Each Moment to all. Margot

I sent my tapes for conversion in January 2025 and was told the process takes 8 weeks. Despite repeated e-mails and phone messages, the company rarely replied. I kept asking what had happened with my precious tapes, as I thought they were lost. They eventually sent my tapes back and put the conversions on cloud, but the quality is very poor. I was told that I would receive the conversions on pen drive and the quality would be better, but nothing has arrived. I have wasted £250. Never again!

Avoid. Multiple chases to follow up on our items which took 4-5 months. Continually told they were being sent but this wasn’t true. Eventually got them and tbf they did a good job but the last straw was them sending the box back when I was on holiday. They knew this but sent it anyway and it sat outside in the rain for a week
