I had a truly exceptional experience at The Plastic & Cosmetic Center. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to address all my questions and concerns with patience, ensuring I felt confident and well-informed throughout the entire process. The consultation was thorough, and I never felt rushed. I was given ample opportunity to ask questions, and every one of them was answered in detail, making sure I understood all aspects of the procedure and aftercare. It’s clear that the team at prioritizes patient care and communication, which made me feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Overall, my experience was extremely positive, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering cosmetic procedures. The staff was amazing and my recovery was smooth. My nurses named, Mike were wonderful. They came to check on me often, but did let me rest when I needed it, Dr Jeneby came to check on me in the early morning. Dr Phillips was great. He asked me questions and I liked that about him. He was wanting to meet my needs. I highly recommend and I’d go with them again.

Update on My Surgery Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with this incredible team. From my very first phone call to my post-op care, I truly felt like I was in the best hands. From the start, the front office staff was so welcoming, patient, and informative—every question I had was answered without hesitation. They made me feel completely comfortable and excited for this journey. Let me just say… Dr. Phillips is an artist of the flesh! I’m absolutely overjoyed with my results and the progress I’m seeing. His skill and precision are unmatched. It’s like he could read my mind. Dr. Jeneby, thank you for building such a beautiful empire—one that helps people look and feel their absolute best. The entire experience was first class. And You have an amazing aura that radiates around you. Dr. Kashyap, my anesthesiologist, said just a few calming words when I was nervous: “You’ll wake up soon—what feels like two minutes to you will be a whole new you.” He was absolutely right. MJ, my sweet and funny overnight nurse, took such wonderful care of me. I felt safe, seen, and genuinely cared for. Oxana,my coordinator answering every question and always calling me back. Thank you for putting me at ease and giving me the one on one attention. Keep that wonderful energy. Andy, my nurse practitioner, is everything you want in post-op care: beautiful, knowledgeable, educational, and compassionate. She made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. And they also have everything that you need so you don’t have to run around everywhere and order everything and wait for days to get it!! And a special thank you to Rudy, who helped me understand the process, walked me through the costs, and got everything scheduled with ease. And in finance there was no pressure at all—just pure professionalism and kindness. I left every interaction feeling confident and excited. Knowing what I know now, I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone considering surgery. If you’re unsure, give them a call. Take the step. You deserve to feel this confident and beautiful too.
