Bought a car from these guys not on finance, thank God and honestly, it was like buying a car from a sketch comedy show. Turned up in the middle of November, and it was colder inside the office than it was outside. No heating at all. I half expected to see penguins waddling around the waiting area. Had to wait a full hour because they suddenly realised the car needed cleaning, even though they knew I was coming. They offered me a drink (very kind), then told me I had to pay for it. I thought they were joking. They weren’t. 🤦 The highlight of the visit was being allowed to use the toilet for free — proper VIP treatment. 👍 Got the car home, chucked it on the ramp with my mate, and within five minutes we found more issues than a daytime talk show. The MOT they’d done must’ve been written in crayon, because it somehow missed two dead rear calipers, shot discs and pads, and wheel bearings crying for mercy. They told me it had been serviced too… maybe in another dimension. I changed every oil and filter myself, and I swear the car sighed with relief like it had finally escaped captivity. In short: if you enjoy cold rooms, paying for your own tea, and discovering your car’s secret life of problems, this is absolutely the place for you. 10/10 comedy, 0/10 dealership. 😂🚗

I was dubious at first, because I heard it all before! But I was pleasantly surprises, my sales rep was Richard and I told him id had a bad expectance somewhere else and was in the process of returning a car. Richard was a blessing he understood my current situation and didn't give me ant BS, I new I wouldn't pass as top tier Finance due to previous mistakes in my life, Richard guided me though the process and kept me fully informed and made the hole prosses painless, I wasn't excepted buy the main finance company's (I new this) so the company that could help me required me to choose a vehicle for the application, I had one in mind anyway, the prosses was simple and after getting a offer in place I had a quick call from the lender which went well and I'd passed, this process took about 2hrs in total and I left having chosen my car and finance secured, within a few hour the finance company had paid for the car and my new car was sent for prep, new MOT we had agreed on some body work to be touched up which is minor TBH but hey you get what you can don't you, Collection day and final bit of paper work to be done warranty and what not, I wasn't happy with the touch up and it didn't match so I showed Richard it and TBH he wasn't as well and got a manager to look who agreed and apologised, the car was booked straight back in to have the work done after my holiday which gives me time to have a good run out, Richard and Mark where great 10 out of 10, fingers crosses I have years of trouble free motoring.. thanks again guy's
