Went to the store in Blackburn which had a wide range on offer. The member of staff was exceptionally helpful, and we got a good price. Delivered speedily . Service was exemplary. Would highly recommend this company and should the time arise will not hesitate in looking at their stock again.

Trust. When spending what is for me, a large amount of money I want to know that I can trust the company that I choose to do business with. We purchased 2 Balmoral Chesterfields (way comfier than standard Chesterfields for lounge lizards like me btw) The showroom staff were so patient with us as we ummed and aared for an hour or so about colour, style, material etc until we finally made a decision. This is where the important part comes in. 4 weeks later our sofas arrived, unfortunately after the friendly, helpful delivery drivers had left, we, well my partner realised that the sofas were not the ones we ordered. They were the wrong shape. I was devastated as I had signed for them and was now seemingly stuck with two sofas that although beautiful, were not what we wanted. I contacted Designer Sofas and they could not have been more helpful. They immediately took responsibility for the error - the factory had manufactured the wrong sofas. They said that they would create and deliver the correct sofas as a priority, which they did with the new correct sofas arriving several weeks later Thank you so much . We all make mistakes but it is how we deal with them that shows our true character and you showed yourselves to be an honest and reliable company with wonderful staff. When anyone I know asks me where I should buy a sofa from, I will send them your way.
