My entire experience with Darlings of Chelsea was first-class. I walked into the Parsons Green showroom, without an appointment, where Keno-Paul Roberts made me feel like a truly valued customer. Keno approached me to offer his undivided attention and assistance. Whilst I had some options in mind, Keno took the time to explain the pros and cons associated with different materials and colours, ensuring that I made the right choice for my actual needs. He also patiently educated me on contrast piping, scatters etc; a world completely unfamiliar to me beforehand. In placing the order, Keno the utmost care to guarantee that my desired configuration would be passed on. He also advised on measuring clearances and had a specialist sent out the property to guarantee the items would fit. Now the sofa’s been delivered, it is precisely what I wanted. I’ll be purchasing another item down the line - and would not consider any other brand. Thank you Keno!

I wouldn’t normally leave a negative review, but feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Darlings of Chelsea. I ordered a “fast track” sofa on 31 May, which was advertised with an express three-week delivery timeline. It is now six weeks on, and not only has the item still not arrived, but the communication has been nothing short of shambolic. I’ve followed up multiple times via phone and email, only to be met with vague responses and empty assurances. Today was meant to be the long-awaited delivery date—only for it to be cancelled last minute, with no explanation and no revised date offered. When I asked when it might actually arrive, they simply couldn’t say. What’s more, if I wished to cancel, they informed me I’d be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Frankly, it’s outrageous. For a company that presents itself as premium, the service has been anything but. I’d strongly caution anyone considering a purchase—particularly if you’re relying on timely delivery. Hugely disappointing from start to finish.

After viewing sofas at other high street outlets, we were really pleased to discover Darlings online. It was well worth the journey from Kent on a Sunday morning and with Keith’s relaxed, objective and helpful assistance (over a couple of hours!), we chose the Sloane. We took a number of samples home which is a great option and followed up with Keith to place the order. Great service all round!
