I highly do not recommend this salon!!! I had my eyelashes done there and the lady who did my eyelashes doesn't even know how to do them. They came off after 2 days. not even and with defects. there's a lot more to write!! For this kind of money, I would rather find someone unselfish who will make me something professional and exactly what I want. and I'm not writing about nail polish or how ladies behave. I will never go

AVOID!! Awful experience with Elena, I went in on christmas eve to have ombre acrylics done. I sat down and showed the lady a picture of the nails, she said okay and proceeded. Now I've genuinely never had an experience like this there was no cuticle care at all she just got a nail drill (whatever it's called) and did all my nails with that. She then put white tips on my nails, added no acrylic base or anything she just put this white sticky stuff on and asked if I liked them I said are they going to be ombre and she said no I can't do ombre?! Why proceed with the appointment then? Elena then said I had to pick a colour, white or pink I said I didn't want either as I haven’t come in for one block color and politley asked her to remove what she had done as I lost total confidence in that she knew what she was doing, only as I've had acrylics done a lot and the way these ones were done were apalling and unprofessional. Whilst removing the tips she proceeding to apply unnecessary pressure to her drilling tool, she burnt everyone of my nails and laughed at me when I had to pull my hand away from her due to the heat and pain. The best part was when I first sat down I told her how I was getting engaged the next day, well you want to see what she did to my ring finger the nail has the biggest dent right in the middle, so do all the others but my ring finger is the worst out of them all which I fully believe was done deliberately. Genuinely so shocked and disgusted that this place is even open! I should of known it was a dodgey place with no social media pages and when a customer did ask if they had any pages while I was in there they were very reluctant to give her the details it was weird... PLEASE AVOID I've definitely learnt my lesson if there's an appointment at a nail salon on chirstmas eve with no social medias go somewhere else. I love Top Nails in Huyton Village, 10/10 experience everytime (they were fully booked which is why I went here) but my goodness just avoid this place like the plague I wish I did. I'm not here to discourage any of the staff or the Buisness but my service was shocking I think you need feedback so you can rectify your mistakes and train staff appropriately, because it was that bad that I feel I have to warn others to not waste their time and money on the same experience. How this place has been open for 5 years and yet they can't do acrylics I'll never know! Customer service training would go a long way too.
