The surveyor was polite and professional and the visit completed easily and quickly. I was however not expecting him , I clicked a link to book a general appointment for the date and received a text very shortly after stating I would receive a call. I didn’t receive a call or any text confirmation of a time and therefore had wrongly assumed it would be arranged for another day (in part because of an email also received today with from the legal team stating the application was on hold as there were some tasks to be completed) and was therefore flustered and embarrassed when he arrived to a messy house and me on the phone mid important call. The service itself was easy to use the link came through within 5 mins of my mortgage application being submitted and I have absolutely no concern re the person who visited my home, I can’t give 5 stars because communication fell down slightly - even if it was my mistake it was because the information received wasn’t quite clear enough

Perfect experience with Countrywide, we were having our property re valued as part of our mortgage process, the appointment was made promptly, the surveyor was Conrad who was bang on time, wore boot covers on any carpets and was very professional and friendly, the report was sent to my lender the same day! Brilliant service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Very prompt service, appointment was booked to accommodate my working hours. I received a text to say what time slot the surveyor would arrive along with his name. On the morning of the appointment the surveyor contacted me to tell me he was on his way. He put shoe covers on as soon as he came into the house, no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend.
