I recently ordered a white internal French double door from Climadoor, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! The delivery was incredibly fast, which was a pleasant surprise. When the door arrived, it came complete with all the necessary frames, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, as I had never heard of Climadoor before and wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I’m so glad I took the leap because the product is absolutely stunning and adds a touch of elegance to my home. I will definitely be spreading the word about this fantastic company. Thank you, Climadoor, for such a smooth and impressive experience!

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Product and Terrible Customer Service We have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Climadoor. The product was misrepresented from the outset, and the customer service has been shockingly poor. The doors were advertised with a pull handle shown on the product page, this type of handle shown is not even compatible with the design of the doors. The doors do not operate in a way that would allow a pull handle to function, meaning we currently have no way of opening the doors from one side. The installation instructions were minimal and unclear. We reached out to Climadoor for clarity to understand how to operate the doors and to raise the issue of false advertising. So far, we’ve received no meaningful solution, and no explanation as to how the doors can be used as advertised. We feel completely let down. Not only were the doors misrepresented online, but we’re now left with an expensive product that doesn’t function as expected, and no guidance on how to resolve the issue. I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from Climadoor until they address these issues and improve both their product accuracy and customer support.

I ordered 7 doors at the beginning of April. They were delivered with 2 heavily damaged. Climadoor were quick to try to arrange redelivery but completely inflexible in trying to expedite the delivery or take any responsibility in getting the replacements to me in a timely fashion. The 2 replacement doors then were lost in the delivery warehouse. I had to call and email multiple times before any action was taken. Still no delivery information until a further email was sent and now informed delivery will be a further week away. 6 weeks after the initial purchase. Still not taking any responsibility and have absolutely no regard for the time taken to sort out their mess and try to get the doors as ordered. They apologise but do nothing to fix their failures. Have eventually had to cancel the delivery as if this is their level of service I don't hold much hope with any after sales support. Competitive price but clearly at a cost to service. Would not use them again, and if I could return the whole order and go with a better company I would.
