I’m so disappointed with city furniture. I’m just glad we didn’t order more furniture from there.I got the first half of the couch a week after we ordered it and waited for another month to get the other half which I totally understand. We got the wrong color and they told us to mix and match until we get the right couch . Although that was totally inconvenient specially since it’s holiday season and we’re expecting guests we said okay. We were surprised to that it’s not just the wrong color but also the wrong side so we can’t even use the couch. I texted my sales associate and he was reading the messages and did not respond to them. We had to go to the store more than once and they didn’t help. They said we can choose a different couch but we can’t have a temporary one to use until we can get our Couch . We didn’t like any of the other couch’s and they ruined our holiday for us so thanks for that city furniture :)
