Josh Moore and Mr. W. Lee were great with helping us find our new car. They were very courteous, professional and helpful with all of our questions. They took their time to explain everything. We love our new NISSAN!

awful level of service. We arrived, observed a truck, looked around, assessed our alternatives, and decided how much to put down. As a customer, I experienced pressure to purchase anything even though I didn't feel comfortable doing so. When we wanted to discuss the paperwork and determine how much of it we would have to deal with. We informed the salesman that we would consider it and return later to determine what would be more practical for us. The salesman advised us to wait while he went to speak with his manager and see what could be done. The manager arrived and gave us a terrible talk, acting as though we were some imbecile towards them . As a manager there support to guide us to the right direction and open our minds more clearly and respectfully not talk to us horrible. You should treat your customers with professionalism, respect, and decency regardless of their right or wrong. Never experienced this horrible situation. GO AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. The worst customer service

I bought Nissan Kick from salesman Josh was very friendly and asked lot questions about what I was looking for was very polite respectful and would work with you get what I asked for explain everything I would recommend any one to go him for help. I finally got my new car.
