Terrible company! Please do not purchase from this business!!! First of all, I don’t like leaving negative reviews but unfortunately Casa Maria Designs have left me no choice. After 2-3 months of use the garden furniture has twisted (4 out of 6 pieces!) meaning that the table for example rocks backwards and forwards as well as 2 chairs and part of the sofa! The customer service is shocking! I asked for a full replacement or a refund as most of the set is faulty (I assume twisted in the recent heat) which they have refused. I’ve sent 10 emails with no satisfactory resolution. Really poor quality and service…. Stay clear!!!! Update: Casa Maria Designs expect me to dismantle the furniture set and check for bent parts which would take hours of my time. They also threaten legal action because of a poor review - see their email to me attached. I’ve given up and decided to place rolled up paper under the legs to stabilise them which is clearly not what you expect from a premium garden set. It could have all been avoided if they had been amicable and supportive of their customers. Like I say please stay clear. Really disappointing quality and service.

Purchased a sideboard with a marble top from this online retailer. The marble top arrived broke in two pieces and I was only able to contact the company via email. Initially they tried to tell me it was a natural material and I should expect that 🤔 After multiple emails a replacement was sent. They never collected the extremely heavy broken marble top and offered no compensation for the inconvenience caused. Delivery service is terrible and customer service is even worse. I would avoid this company and purchase your furniture from a more reputable business.

We bought a lovely looking cabinet, and the product looks fine. But, after a few months, one of the wooden doors just split. I reported it to the customer service team, who sent the photos to the manufacturer, who said it was caused by accidental damage. It wasn't (no hinge damage, just a clean split at an apparent weak point in the design). Yet when I asked to know how they'd come to this conclusion, I got zero reply. I've asked for clarity several more times, and months later, still no reply...other than on TrustPilot when I tried to warn others about my experience. Ghosting me without even the decency to reply. All I wanted was a replacement door, not a full unit. So the product is fine, maybe 4 stars, but the customer service is 0 stars.
