This is some text inside of a div block.
The worst, most stressful sales experience of my entire life and not just cars!! I returned a car the day after purchasing it after finding it to have body and chassis misalignment and given the professional opinion that the car had been involved in a collision. (Pictures attached) All of a sudden the staff became difficult and extremely unhelpful. I had paid a £3000 deposit which took over 3 weeks to get back after many phone calls and emails. The manager we dealt with was very patronising making comments such as I would have spotted the problem (even though none of the staff had spotted the problem during the “62 point check” they had apparently carried out as they proudly advertise. Whilst still trying to get my deposit back nearly 3 weeks later he also said “we’re a multi million pound company we don’t need to keep your 3 grand”. They put the car back up for sale before my deposit had been refunded and whilst it was still under finance in my name. I could go on……… I’ve never seen such a difference in the attitude of any company after the return of the car compared to when they are trying to get the sale. I would rather buy a bus pass than purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again !!

Great experience, staff made buying the car easy and fast. Offered best price for my used car, low finance rate and even fuelled it for me. They do what they say on the tin. Car buying never felt so good. Thanks

Called in at bury car time about 7 o’clock last night met by Mo who was lovely and nothing was too much trouble even tho it was late . Hassan did the finance and there was no messing about and was so professional and polite . We picked the car up the following day and I can honestly say everyone in the showroom was so welcoming . Grant was also great in the showroom and so polite and brought us extra chairs. Thank you so much to everyone and will always recommend to friends and family!
