I recently travelled to Bristol to buy a car, based on a strong recommendation from a friend who had previously purchased a vehicle there. After some research, I decided to visit Car Base—and I must say, the overall experience was excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and patient. They gave me the time and space I needed to explore different options without any pressure, which is something I really appreciated. The selection of cars was impressive—well-maintained, clean, and with clear history reports. It’s obvious they care about quality and customer satisfaction. However, as someone living in London, I couldn’t help but notice a significant price difference. On average, every car I looked at was around £3,000 more expensive than what you’d typically find in London for a similar make, model, and mileage. That was the one downside in an otherwise great experience. In the end, I’d say Car Base is a reliable and trustworthy dealership with great service—but if you’re budget-conscious, especially compared to London prices, it’s worth keeping that in mind. Everything was great—except the prices.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. They sold me a car that had clearly been in an accident — something they failed to disclose at the time of sale. Within just 5 months of very minimal use, the car began showing serious issues, including engine and transmission problems. When I contacted the dealership for help, they completely dismissed my concerns and essentially left me on my own to deal with the situation. They even claimed that the warranty might not cover these major faults, which makes me wonder what kind of warranty they’re even offering. This experience has cost me time, money, and peace of mind. I trusted them to sell me a safe and reliable vehicle, but instead I feel misled and abandoned. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and thoroughly inspect any car from this dealership before making a purchase — better yet, take your business elsewhere.

I recently bought a car from Carbase Bristol and had an amazing experience. Tony, the salesman, was absolutely brilliant — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything smooth, easy, and stress-free, with no pressure at all. A big thank you also to the manager, Asif, who was incredibly supportive and made sure everything went perfectly. Both Tony and Asif went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Thanks to them, I found the perfect car. I highly recommend Carbase Bristol — and if you visit, make sure you ask for Tony and say hello to Asif!
