My coordinator Vaneeva and her team were extremely kind, helpful and compassionate! She guided me through the whole process to make my father’s arrangements special and unique for me and my family. My father’s passing was extremely sudden, I’m only in my 20s, and as next of kin, to make all these big decisions Vaneeva’s professionalism, knowledge, patience and communication really meant a lot to me and made the process a whole lot less overwhelming and heartbreaking. The level of professionalism from Vaneeva and her team was excellent they kept me well informed and always reached out to me with updates. I learned a lot as she educated me about the funeral process and how you can make arrangements in advance for you or your loved ones, I never felt like I was kept in the dark or ignorant to anything going on. My father looked amazing, they handled him with great care and that brought a lot of comfort to my family and I. They handle literally everything from transportation, room, casket, cremation, flowers, catering, video tribute, prayer cards, signature book, thank you cards, etc., which I greatly appreciated making everything less overwhelming and I didn’t feel alone. I can’t thank Vaneeva and her team enough for what they have done!
