If you're looking for a car, this is the place to go. They offer a wide range of models and excellent service. The staff is generally very helpful and polite, with one exception. However, there are a couple of downsides—bank transfers aren't accepted after 5 PM, and V5 updates can't be processed after 6 PM. On the bright side, the facility is very clean, with excellent restrooms and free drinks available. We spent four hours there, but in the end, everything was sorted.

Buying a used vehicle from Big Motoring World was hands-down one of the most infuriating and insulting experiences I’ve ever had with any business. I got the car home only to find obvious cosmetic damage where bumper is completely detached from the splitter at the drivers side, none of which was mentioned at any point during the sale. It was a complete blindside. I returned to the dealership three seperate times - not once did anyone from the after sales department even bother to inspect the car. No effort, no interest, no accountability. As if that weren’t enough, they had the absolute gall to try and blame me for the damage. That’s just dishonest - it’s cowardly. Let me be clear: the vehicle was handed over damaged, and they tried to shift the blame without so much as a glance. This dealership operates on denial, deflection and indifference. Once they have your money, you’re on your own - no support, no solutions, and certainly no respect. I turned up on time for my handover and did not even get spoken to by anyone within the handover team for 45 minutes after my appointment time (with a text message received whilst waiting wanting the final balance to be cleared). When I did finally get called over and signed the remaining documents, the vehicle had not even been valeted with bird droppings from when I test drove the car still clearly visible on the rear window. I must stress none of this is aimed at the salesman, Uwais, who was fantastic throughout and unfortunately has been let down by the departments you deal with after the deposit has been paid. Avoid Big Motoring World at all costs. If you want to be treated like a nuisance, sold a sub standard vehicle, and then accused of causing the damage they delivered, go ahead. Otherwise, steer well clear of this disaster of a business.

Pointless booking an appointment to test drive a car. I had booked a test drive appointment for 7:30 PM. Upon arriving on time, I was told to sit and wait without any explanation or update on how long the wait would be. After asking, I was informed that it would be at least 45 minutes before someone would be available to assist us. What was particularly disappointing was that the assistant had no intention of informing us of this delay we were simply expected to sit and wait. Its a good job I had asked. This shows a lack of basic courtesy and respect for customers’ time. We had travelled a considerable distance, arranged childcare, and gone out of our way to attend this appointment only to be told we could book again tomorrow. To make matters worse, we were not even allowed to view the car without a member of staff present, which made the entire visit completely pointless. This was a complete waste of our time and effort. The customer service we received was unacceptable. If a booked appointment cannot be honoured on time, it is common courtesy to inform the customer in advance, not simply expect them to wait indefinitely upon arrival.
