This is some text inside of a div block.
Bought a bed off these and it never showed up, they say it “got lost” how does a bed get lost in delivery? Then I managed to get a replacement sent out and they have sent the wrong sized bed! Not to mention it was also damaged. Now trying to get in contact with them is almost impossible as they don’t reply to emails!! Avoid like the plague

My review unfortunately has to be posted, all in all our shopping experience with this company was disappointing, all I wanted was a good nights sleep so we came here to try out some mattresses. We weren’t offered much advice, and certainly no advice on company policies. As most manufacturers do now they at least offer a period of time (usually 30) days to try out a mattress to make sure it’s suitable for your needs. They DO NOT offer this. So if you’re hoping to exchange for a more suitable one you’ll be disappointed! We ordered ours end of June, due for delivery the week after & turned up day after the date we expected it to arrive ( another disappointment)! The mattress we bought had a label saying soft/ medium, it isn’t we still are waking in agony & its 1st august/ 24. It’s just cost another £100 for a mattress topper hopefully to get some comfort & sleep. The staff weren’t very helpful & adamantly refused it back even though we were willing to pay extra for a different one. It was covered & protected by a zipped mattress protector, & still had the edge protected from the delivery packaging. If you’re thinking about a new mattress it might be worth looking for someone who does a 30 night trial!!! It’s a lot to spend to be disappointed!! Thanks bedstar for no help at all!!

We ordered online which was easy enough to do. Despite the right address showing on the invoice they tried to deliver across the road. The lads were fast enough to get it upstairs & then off. When we removed the packaging the mattress was ripped & had no label to state what it was. Customer service have not replied to my email.
