Avoid at All Costs – Faulty Products and Appalling Customer Service. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company has been so shockingly bad that I feel compelled to warn others. I received a piece of furniture that was fundamentally faulty — the bolt holes didn’t even line up, making it completely unusable. It was clearly a manufacturing defect, not user error. To make matters worse, their customer service was beyond unprofessional. When I called to resolve the issue, their representative hung up on me mid-conversation. No apology, no help — just blatant disregard. This is the second time I’ve had a poor experience with this company, and it's clear they have no interest in standing behind the quality of their products or supporting their customers. As of now, no refund has been received, and no resolution has been offered. I'm in the process of escalating this to my credit card provider and will be pursuing a chargeback. I’ll also be sharing the photos of the faulty product publicly so people can see exactly what they’re sending out. Buy elsewhere. The product was unusable, the service was disgraceful, and the entire experience has been a total waste of time and money.

Disgusting company! I paid for a mattress and received one that was completely different. The mattress was supposed to be 10" depth, but was 8", the mattress I received had vastly less padding, extremely different (very cheap) material on the top and different stitching and material on the sides. I tried to refuse the delivery of it, but the driver wouldn't take it back, so I called them, but they kept saying it was the one I ordered, though anyone with eyes could see it wasn't (I mean it's completely different! and thinner so how is that the same?). I supplied them with all the photos of these issues, but they still said it was the same lol. They refused to collect the mattress unless I paid £49.99 for collection. These people are crooks and you should definitely not trust them with your money, you'll end up with some cheap rubbish instead. I have opened a credit card chargeback to get a refund. They are now ignoring me. Pictures are of what I paid for and what I received. Edit: I just found out that the delivery company (Premier delivery) is Beds.co.uk (at the same premises) so do not allow them to not to take the item back if you want to refuse it. They are going back there anyway! Edit: on 18/02/25 at 08.16 and after many, many emails, threats of legal action and the help of Klarna and my credit card company, Beds.co.Uk finally collected their (not as Described) mattress.They say I will not be charged the £49.99 collection fee and will be fully refunded within 5 working days, but only time will tell. I have added photos of them actually collecting it (a tip I’d recommend for you to do to protect yourself from them denying receipt of your return and not refunding you). UPDATE: I have not received my refund because when my credit card company gave me a temporary refund Klarna then added the mattress amount to my Klarna account (so I've been charged twice) which put me in debit, then when my account finally received the refund from Beds.co.uk it refunded that amount (the second charge) so they still haven't refunded the initial amount on my credit card. They have also refused my credit card refund from my credit card company and now deny the initial charge even went on my credit card (saying it never went through) even though I have all the proof it did. I am so digusted by all this and have no idea what to do now. UPDATE: Almost 3 months on from purchase and I have still not received my refund from Klarna!

I was moving to a new flat from Norwich to Kings Lynn. I had a delivery slot starting at 06:39, which made me stay overnight at a friend's house so I could collect the delivery. I double-checked with the delivery services over the phone the day before. They mentioned that I should expect the delivery at 07:20. However, the driver arrived at 06:16 while I was still at my friend's house, which is 5 minutes away by car. The driver called me but refused to wait for 5 minutes. He threw my things in front of the block of flats on the main street in the town centre despite my explicit request against this action. The weather was very poor. Upon my arrival, I found the mattress cover and the bed boxes dirty and soaked from the rain. I tried calling the driver, but he didn't answer. I received a very annoying text message from the driver stating that I had asked him to drop the items on the road and I would come in half an hour. However, this was entirely false. Nonetheless, I was relieved that this dishonest individual didn't make it into my house as I felt he was a very unsafe person. I contacted the company and they were unable to rectify the situation. They stated that the only compensation they could offer was a small refund of the delivery cost, as I paid for the delivery of the bed to my room. I sought help from friends to cope with the very difficult situation and move my items to my room, avoiding conflicts with the council for leaving my belongings in front of the block in the middle of the town centre. I will pursue this matter legally as I consider what happened to be highly unprofessional and offensive.
