This is some text inside of a div block.
I have made 2 purchases which both arrived very quickly but my review is more about the customer service. I had cancelled one of my orders because i thought i had made a mistake. Realising i hadn't made a mistake i wanted to undo the cancellation. I did email them but actually just called instead when they opened at 9am. They answered instantly and straight to a operator who sorted it quickly for me. Someone also answered my email by 9.06am. Strongly recommend

I can not fault the service I have received from AV.com - it’s been fantastic. Nick, from the Bacup branch, has been very helpful and professional, and at no stage did I feel pressured to part ways with my cash. When I did make a purchase, my amplifier came with a 40 day no quibble money back guarantee and a 5 year warranty. What’s not to like about all that? I will definitely be shopping with AV.com again, and I recommend doing the same if you are in the market for anything audio 🥰

So happy with this company. I want to start off with how great their prices are, a lot of home theatre shops try charging premium prices and usually find myself resorting to second hand on eBay. This time that was not the case, these new products were coming out almost the same price as second hand which is great. There are lots of discounts on the site and great bundle deals. The order process is very simple and quick allowing me to use my PayPal account. Despatch a delivery was quick and offered free next day with DPD. Received lots of emails and texts updating me on my order and delivery. Customer service was also very friendly and helpful going that extra mile to help me with information I required. I haven't tried the things I have brought yet but I am sure they will be good and even then any issues I would have with that would be down to the manufacturer. Thanks for a very pleasant service.
