First car I test drove was musty which wasn’t a big deal until it literally broke down due to the engine over heating. Should’ve been the first sign to take my business elsewhere but I was foolish enough to return to the dealer where I made another foolish decision to finance a car. I was given a 26% APR and basically let them screw me over with a deal that would end with me paying more than double for a used car that was already being priced for more than it was worth. They also advertise $1500 any car with any credit but push you to give them atleast $2000 for a down payment as well as a $500 payment after two weeks of having a car which is part of the down payment and had no affect on the actual loan. After having the car for around three days, the check engine light came on and I noticed performance issues. After returning to the dealer and talking to Jasmin (the woman who convinced me to buy the car) and attempting to return the car in exchange for at least some of my down payment back, she refused and said it would be a repossession. I offered to show her everything wrong with the car and she said, and I quote, “I won’t be able to, I’m a woman and we don’t know anything about cars”. They were extremely unprofessional when it came to handling my situation as well as with the communication over text messages, using unnecessary abbreviations and attitude and no proper grammar. For the sake of your credit and your pockets, PLEASE take your business elsewhere. I would not be writing this very long review if it was not the truth.
