Complaint to Audi UK I recently called Audi UK to find out if there were any updates or recalls due for my vehicle. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. The representative was rude and unhelpful, directing me to the government website to check for recalls — something I had already done, which is why I was calling in the first place. Instead of providing proper support, I was repeatedly transferred to automated systems, making the experience even more frustrating. As a customer, I expect clear communication and respectful service, especially when it comes to safety and manufacturer updates. This experience has left me very dissatisfied.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. I've had a car missold to me and an issue reported 3 separate times before the engine totally failed. My car has been with Audi since October and they've looked for every reason under the sun to void my warranty and accuse me of wrongdoing. We inspected the car and discovered that a common fault with the 3.0 tdi engines is being swept under the rug and they want me to pay for it. Do yourself a favour and never buy an Audi.

The doors of my car could not be locked and opened with the key. I took it to Chinford Audi and left my car. After 3 days, they asked me to pay £257. After 1 week, they asked for another £2000 for the new key. I said keep it, don't do it. I wanted to take the car. I said they didn't accept it and said you can complain wherever you want. I complained to Audi UK Audi Germany but they didn't care, calm down, don't buy an Audi, even if you buy it, don't take a Chinford Audi..
