I received exceptional service from Simon while purchasing my car. Simon was attentive to my needs and showed great excitement when talking about the features in the car I wanted to get. It’s refreshing to see car salespeople like Simon who don’t want to pressure you into a sale but rather take time to understand your needs and figure out how to best meet them. I was highly impressed by Simon and would definitely recommend friends and family to work with Simon and the Royal Auto Group for their next car purchase!

Second time getting an Audi SUV through Audi San Francisco and mostly due to the friendliness and ease of the associates that work at this dealer, especially Alastair & Cristian. Both were incredibly knowledgeable and patient as my husband and I were trying to make our final decision without feeling pressured. In the end we walked away with the new Q8 E-tron and couldn't be happier. Might I also add that both Alastair and Cristian have been attentive even post purchase. I would definitely recommend either associate for your purchasing needs.

What an amazing experience! Simon and Jey were so open and honest and fantastic to work with. Simon sold me my car and made sure that I was informed and getting exactly what I wanted. I’d been shopping for a while so was open about offers from other dealerships and they gave me the best deal with the best service by far. I’d highly recommend working with them.
