This is some text inside of a div block.
I bought a bed online with my phone. For some reason the delivery zip code did not match what I put on the order. The refused to update the zip code. They told me they would cancel the order so that I could place a second order with the correct zip code. Well they didn't cancel that order either. I then ended up with two beds being shipped to me. After the bed made it all the way to my local dispatch thanks to FedEx being able to verify an address Ashley had the bed rerouted across the country so they could then cancel my order finally a week later. All they had to do was contact FedEx with a new zip code or call their warehouse and update the order before it shipped. It did not ship out until nearly 48 hours after I contacted them about the incorrect zip code. It was the worst online shopping experience I have ever witnessed.

If zero stars were available that's what I'd give. I have had 2 Ashley sofas in the past that cost $400 with no issues. I buy a $2,300 one ($3,200 after delv. and warranty) and I get a broken sofa/recliner from the start. My sofa was delivered March 1st and after being told a technician would come out, parts would be ordered, parts on back order, open a new case, went to wrong department, someone will contact you, talk to sales person, no response, parts still on order even though you requested a new sofa because now all 3 seats on sofa are breaking I moved up to a supervisor. He will "as a courtesy" order me a new sofa. REALLY a courtesy! How about you deliver a working one from the beginning. I asked that the warranty restart from the delivery of the new one since they wasted so much time. Oh, we can't do that. Can I just get a refund. Well yes, but we cannot refund the delivery or warranty and only a store credit at this point. SERIOUSLY! What's the corporate number? Oh, there isn't one. I am with corporate and what I am telling you is true. Really, that's why I see a corporate number on the internet. What's your first and last name. I can only give you the first for privacy. This is pathetic as I can't call this customer service. So we will see how long it takes to schedule a new delivery and if it works once I get it. I guess I will get to hold another day hostage waiting for the delivery crew to arrive since they don't give you a window until the night before. Buyer BEWARE!

Unfortunately, nothing but issues. I bought 11/2021, still COVID restrictions in CA so I did not get the final deliver until 9/2022 with the main number unable to give me an idea on delivery. Fast forward to today, I went to make a warranty claim. The call center rerouted me to 3 different warranty complies. No one could find me. I finally found it and they denied my claim due to longer than 30 days. My bad for not reading the contract. I was not informed (again COVID, things were weird and there was little physical contact) it had to be within 30 days. I will be taking all my future purchases to Macy's & Living Spaces.
