Bought the Rayna 2 Door 3 Drawer Large Sideboard in Black On the positive side, it is a good sturdy piece of furniture. The dimensions and storage capacity are also good for a hallway. The ordering process was good and arrived within the specified timeframe. However, the item was damaged and should not have been sold for the full price - £499. The grooves in the top part were rough and marked. I originally thought it was dust but unfortunately, it is a very poor finish. They must have known and should not have sold this item. I couldn't be bothered to re-pack and return. So, decided to cut my losses. But won't buy from this company again. They also hounded me for a review and when I put a review on their website, they didn't publish the photos I included as part of my review, which is not very transparent.

Title: Disappointed with Laura James – Poor Quality and Zero Aftercare I’m really disappointed with Laura James. I furnished a good part of my home with their products — including two double beds, a sofa bed, and a dining table — trusting in the quality and design. Sadly, that trust was misplaced. One of the beds developed a fault just outside the 2-year warranty period. I contacted customer service hoping for some kind of solution — even a paid replacement part — but was told that since it’s now an “end-of-line” product, they couldn’t offer anything. Not even at a cost. What’s most frustrating is not just the lack of help, but the silence that followed. I was hoping for at least some goodwill gesture, but instead, I was completely dismissed. It’s really disappointing to spend this much on furniture, only to be left stranded when something goes wrong. I expected better support and product durability from a company like Laura James. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying from them again — and I wouldn’t recommend them to others who expect long-term value or decent customer service.

I do not recommend buying in Laura James. We bought a sofa bed online that apparently had almost 5 star reviews (out of 300 hundred). Dozens of them saying that it was comfy. We've realized now all of them are probably fake. The sofa bed is hard as a rock (rigid in some areas) and it's totally impossible to use as a bed.
