Our experience so far with Yotpo Subscriptions has frankly been terrible. Our migration process was a mess, our specialist was very confused, was unresponsive and made mistakes. We are constantly running into issues with the platform not working correctly or how we anticipated, which all seems to stem from our migration. We were told we would have functionality that we don't and many things were not set up correctly. It's very disappointing and is not only taking up a lot of our time to fix, we have also lost subscription customers. The chat support has been quick but not always helpful to resolve these issues as they arise, and we should not be dealing with them at all.

This ad revenue and review company will sanitize customer reviews for the companies it represents by deleting negative reviews and not publishing them for that product/company. They will only publish positive 4 star or higher reviews and trash the rest basically leading to a false sense of good products and company relations for many of their customers. That’s VERY SHADY business practices. Any time you see a Yotpo driven product review process, prepare to not have your review published if it’s negative for that product or company. This sort of thing shouldn’t be allowed.
