This place is great fun for all ages. We became big kids and loved going on all the slides and floating round the lazy river. It definitely tested our bravery and our 9 year old loved every bit of it. Perfect splash and play area for toddlers, big slides for the big kids and chill out areas in the lazy river and splash pool. Really recommend a great time out for all the family.

The Wave Waterpark is definitely a fun day out, especially if you're craving that splashy, summer energy! The atmosphere is lively, the layout is colourful and exciting, and there's a real sense of buzz when you walk in. It’s got all the ingredients for a great time — in theory. That said… be prepared for crowds. It was seriously overcrowded when we went, which made it tough to fully enjoy everything. The water slides looked amazing, but I didn’t want to go on them, the queues were intense — my boyfriend braved it, and he was waiting for 30 minutes just to go on one! Definitely not ideal if you’re impatient or want to get your money’s worth with variety. The lazy river was my favourite part — super chill and a good way to relax — but I do wish it was a little faster. It felt more like a lazy puddle at times 😅 Still, it was a nice break from the chaos elsewhere. Overall, I’d say The Wave has potential for a fab day, especially for families or couples like us, but if you’re not a fan of queues or crowds, you might want to pick a quieter day or get there early. Worth a visit once, but maybe not during peak times!

What a great morning we've just had at the Wave. As a family of 6 with kids of various ages it can be hard to find a day out that suits everyone but at the Wave there's something for everyone. My 5 year old loved the lazy river and wave pool and the smaller slides area for younger children. They were lovely and shallow with lots of things to play with. My 3 sons aged 12,10 and 8 absolutely loved the slides and described it as the best fun they've had in ages and had huge smiles of their faces the whole time. We stayed for the whole 2 hours and they went on all the slides numerous times. The wave was very well staffed and it felt very safe with lots of life guards on the slides and around the pools.The changing rooms were really clean and the family individual changing rooms were very spacious. We could fit all 6 of us in one of them. We love the fact it's in Coventry city centre. So lots of options of places to eat and shop. Its so accessible by public transport and just a 5 minute walk from Coventry train station and a 5 minute walk from pool meadow bus station. We will definitely be returning soon.
