This year, the roof of our home reached the end of its life, and I was not looking forward to the replacement. But, I ended up hiring the T&S team and I can't say enough good things about the experience. They have almost 20 years of dedicated service to South Florida, and now I can see why they continue to be so highly ranked in all the reviews. From what I observed, every member of their team took pride in their work. They were all professional and I felt comfortable having them around the house. Despite my initial worries about debris and nails, T&S Roofing handled my concern with careful planning, organization and cleanup. Not once did I encounter any issues, thanks to their diligence. Jorge, my main point of contact, deserves special praise for his incredible follow-up and communication. He kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring that all needs were met and any concerns were addressed quickly. He was genuine and responsive and it made all the difference. I was suprised that the actual project was completed faster than expected, but I was even more impressed with the transparency of their pricing. There were no surprises, just honest and fair dealings from beginning to end. I felt i was dealing with family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.
