Please please please avoid my mistake and do not order form this company. They are complete scammers. They have defrauded me of 2k. Thought I was buying furniture, sent me only a portion of items, the ones that arrived were all broken junk (cupboards with one door and one side broken legs, no screws, chairs with no base.. the list goes on). They delivered a pile of junk to me which they charged me 500 pounds for and left me to deal with it. It was dropped in the middle of the road and looked like someone had emptied a commercial bin. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE.

REPORT TO CITIZEN ADVICE FOR TRADING STANDARDS....GOING TO SMALL CLAIMS Don't waste your money . Not sure what has happened to this company but in the past 6 month it has become a scam rip off. Basically they are selling products not fit for purpose even products which say brand new are not fit for purpose . They cheat you with photos i.e extra large bog or return items shows a 6ft bag in a cage after 3 week of going 4 times to collect I was given a 3ft half filled bag ( pictures attached of what I should of got and what I actually got) whe I asked the bloke if it was a joke he said no basically there selling more than they have got so they have been told to make 2 lots out of 1. Fraud i believe you might call it.. ICE BATHS are torn and not new not even the ones in pictures. Baby products dangerous. Selling products that were sent for destruction because deemed dangerous See picture's for some examples .

Scammers selling landfill This company actively misrepresents the goods they are selling – if presented accurately, no one would buy them. They frame their auctions as being for high value goods, cite RRP prices for the items as they would be in new condition and use stock pictures but then put in their terms and conditions that items may be broken, incomplete etc, which is exactly what they are. Essentially landfill depicted as new. If they put pictures of the actual items on sale, no one would touch them. Customer service is lamentable if indeed there is any. These reviews praising particular members of staff for amazing service- yeah, right! They can’t even pack a cardboard box properly, let alone a pallet. You’ll be lucky if they even manage to send the products you bought. Shipping is extortionate, far more than any other auction house I have ever used. I would strongly advise people never to buy from them. I wouldn’t trust a 5* review for a second. If you’ve been stung by them, you can report them to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice site.
