From booking to our actual tour, we had a fantastic experience. Booking was smooth and easy with all details available. There was always someone available to talk to. Our tour manager Ankit Valia was the one who made this tour even more pleasant experience along with the 2 coach captains Norbat and Laszlo. Ankit was always helpful, respectful and had lots of local details to share. He was always on top of our travel plans and time management for all of us and we managed to tick every single location and activity in our travel plans. Hats off to Ankit in managing 48 people and looking after our travel itinerary. The coach was nice and modern, most of our hotels were good properties(some can be better) and most of our meals were well planned and really good. (some catering or meals at certain locations can be improved). The best of hotel and meals was in Switzerland. Overall we are really impressed with the level of detail and planning that Star Tours has done and we had a wonderful experience and lifetime memories. We will surely recommend to our family and friends. We will also book our next tour with Star Tours.

Just came from 3 days Northern landscape trip. The tour was well-organized and enjoyable, with a great mix of sightseeing and free time. Our tour manager, Raviraj, was very friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more special. Highly recommend both the tour and Raviraj for a smooth, memorable journey.

PNER 23/05/'25 From start to finish, this tour company exceeded every expectation. The booking process was seamless, communication was prompt and helpful, and every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Our guide Stephen, was not only knowledgeable and passionate but also incredibly personable, making us feel welcome and engaged throughout the entire journey. Each stop on the itinerary was thoughtfully planned, offering a perfect balance of cultural insight, breathtaking scenery, and unique local experiences. Transportation was comfortable, accommodations were top-notch, and we always felt safe and well taken care of. What stood out was the personal touch – it felt like more than just a tour; it felt like an adventure curated just for us.
