We recently took a coach trip London to Wales and back, for a 5 days residential trip for Year 10 students and I’m pleased to say the experience exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, the journey was smooth and stress-free. The coach was punctual, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the trip, which made a big difference, especially during the warmer parts of the day. The driver was professional and courteous, ensuring everything ran on time and safely. Most importantly, the students were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed the journey — a true testament to the quality of the service.

From the moment we requested a quote, the team was fast, responsive, and extremely competitive. Adjusting the vehicle size was no problem at all, and communication was excellent throughout we received timely updates via email and text in the lead-up to both journeys. On the day, our amazing driver Rachel went above and beyond—she called ahead to share her ETA and parking location, which made everything seamless. Our return journey was just as smooth. This is truly an exceptional corporate service—reliable, professional, and a real peace of mind for any event planner. Highly recommended!

Reading through other reviews, a common theme emerges: lateness, lack of care, no apology, and only having contact with the driver, not their office with the assistance needed if something goes wrong.. Unfortunately, we’ve had a very similar experience. We booked transport for a four-day event at the Royal International Air Tattoo in Gloucestershire, July 2025, where I had 50 catering staff who needed to be on-site promptly. The first day went smoothly. However, on the second day, the driver not only arrived very late, he hadn’t even read their office briefing sheet outlining start times for the following three days. He thought his shift began two hours later! This was compounded by the fact that the only contact number provided was the driver’s. That in itself is problematic, especially when you’re speaking to someone who is clearly ill-informed. Shockingly, the company provides no emergency out-of-hours contact, which is unacceptable for a business operating in a 24 hour trading window. I finally got through to office at 8.30am, and every person was indifferent and unapologetic. Why? Presumably because they had already been paid the full £4,600 upfront, so there was no incentive to take responsibility or rectify the situation. We are now reviewing the matter seriously and considering pursuing them for breach of contract.
