This is some text inside of a div block.
I visited Pleasuredrome for the very first time last weekend and enjoyed an entirely positive experience. All the staff were really friendly and helpful from the guy on reception to the barmen. Also there were guys constantly going around tidying and cleaning up - the whole place was spotless- so don’t understand the negative reviews in this area. Facilities were great and all the steam rooms and saunas really hot !! I was there from 3pm thru 7pm and there was a really mixed crowd of all ages and body types, all enjoying the scene respectfully. Nicely busy but not crowded. Lots of Action going on - I certainly had my share! I highly recommend Pleasuredrome.

I love gay saunas. I thought London, being the largest city in Europe, would have the best ones. But that's not the case. This is a clean sauna with good facilities and very good service. But it's very small and VERY expensive for what it offers. The drinks are very expensive. It's very difficult to have some private fun, since if you want a cabin, you have to pay extra (it's already the most expensive sauna I've ever paid for in my entire life: 25 pounds). There's no darkroom or other places where you can have fun if you don't pay for a cabin. There's simply nowhere to have fun comfortably. The only "London" thing about this sauna is the HIGH PRICE. Nothing more.

I visited this venue recently and I had the opportunity to go on one of the quiet days because I had some spare time and wanted to relax without it being too busy. Overall, had a lovely experience, staff were friendly and I was recommended one of their own ‘pride’ cocktail specials, offering two for £15 which was pretty reasonable given most prices for cocktails these days in central. Furthermore, venue was well cleaned and tidy through out so no concerns with any particular odours or excrements that may arise given the nature of the venue. So thank you. Will come back again in future.

Reviews Summary

The overall sentiment for Pleasuredrome sauna in London is mixed, with experiences varying significantly among reviewers. Several guests highlight friendly and helpful staff, spotless cleanliness, and well-maintained facilities, emphasizing positive interactions at reception and the bar. However, notable complaints center on pricing, additional fees for private spaces, and negative encounters with certain staff members. Complaints about privacy, use of mobile phones in public spaces, and the atmosphere also temper the positive feedback.

Common feedback themes include the cleanliness of the venue and frequent mentions of staff—both positive and negative. Some guests commend staff members for being friendly and attentive, particularly specific employees at the front desk and reception. Conversely, several reviews describe staff as rude or inattentive, with some expressing dissatisfaction with customer service and the operational focus on upselling amenities. Issues around privacy and the usage of mobile phones near shared spaces are recurring concerns.

Overall, Pleasuredrome maintains a reputation for clean facilities and a central location in London, but suffers from inconsistent service experiences and complaints about pricing practices. The business appeals to those seeking cleanliness and ease of access, but prospective visitors in London should be aware of reported privacy issues and variable customer service.
