Its a lovely area & the site is well looked after. I think the caravans need a bit more tlc - they need a good clean not just a quick once over after each guest. Service in the restaurant is incredibly slow - and hour we waited after the first meals came out for the rest of our family to eat. Staff are really nice. Swimming area was clean but the slide not so good. Ill definitely go back but armed with cleaning products

We had a lovely long weekend at Brynowen Holiday Park. On arrival, the site was very clean and well-presented, which made a great first impression. The caravan itself was lovely, although we did notice a couple of small issues – there were no kitchen cleaning supplies, and the bedding looked a little dirty, which was a shame. While it’s advertised that towels and toilet rolls aren’t provided, it would be really helpful if a tea towel and a bath mat for the shower were included. These are the kinds of basics that people don't always think to pack, and just one toilet roll would be a nice gesture to tide guests over on arrival. Unfortunately, the on-site shop was closed during our stay, which meant having to head back out for essentials. The message about what to bring came through after we had already started our journey, so a bit more notice there would have been appreciated. That said, none of this dampened our holiday. The site was clean and generally well-kept, though some areas could benefit from a little investment. The real highlight was the entertainment staff – absolutely 10/10! A huge shoutout to Lottie, who was fantastic and truly went above and beyond – she's worth her weight in gold. One suggestion would be to tailor the evening entertainment a bit more toward adults from around 8 or 9pm. Watching kids’ acts and trying to entertain little ones at 10pm isn't ideal, especially as not everyone visiting has children. The food and drink prices were quite steep, but again, it didn’t take away from the experience. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely return – just with a few extra bits packed next time!
